Incorporated in Nepal as a Private Limited Company, Implementing Expert Group (IEG) on appointment of the Government of Nepal, has been successfully organizing Nepal's national participation at mega international world expo organized in various parts of the globe.

IEG has considerable expertise and know-how in organizing national participation at World Expos. As a matter of fact it has been doing the country promotion through the medium of World Expo since 1983. Because of its expertise in the subject matter, the Government of Nepal has appointed IEG as the national official organizer and IEG undertook all the organizational, promotional and civil engineering works for the country participation at the several past World Expos.
IEG designs typical masterpiece of Nepalese architectural grandeur as Nepal's national pavilion and presents Nepalese theme presentations. It is remarkable that Nepali monuments that IEG constructed as Nepal's national pavilion at various past Expo are maintained in the same country as center for Nepal promotion.
World Expos are normally run for six months and Nepal's Pavilion presented by IEG in the past Expos has been extremely big crowed puller. It is encouraging to note that at Shanghai Expo in 2010, more than 8 million visitors have visited Nepal's national pavilion during the six months duration of Expo, which has been a record among 192 participating countries. Nepal has been among top ten participating countries in all the past Expos. Nepal has received gold medal and certificates as the recognition of exemplary performance on international level. Nepal's expo record is always the best among SAARC nations.
IEG's participation at several world expos had contribute greatly to the national economy by generating thousands of employments, government revenue in terms of taxes, consumption of local products and exports to overseas.
Established by foreign educated professionals, IEG provides thousands of employments to local craftsmen and artists in creating artistic Nepal Pavilion. During late 80s when IEG started participation at World Expos, it was hard to find enough number of craftsmen in the market who can make artistic elements for the use of Nepal Pavilion at Expos. Now after 30 years, IEG has around 500 craftsmen and cravers who do receive regular craving and art creation jobs throughout the year.
As the recognition of IEG contribution to the national economy, the Government of Nepal has given several awards and medal to the company and the professionals associated in the work of the company.
